We collect basic developer profile data (name, email address, company name) during registration to set up your workspace. We also store metadata regarding uploaded files (filenames, sizes, mime types, checksums) to configure signed access links. We do not inspect or catalog the contents of your stored files.
For security auditing and quota enforcement, our servers log download and view requests. Access logs record the requesting IP address, user-agent, referer header, file UID, and bandwidth transferred. These logs are stored securely and only visible to authorized developers in your workspace dashboard.
All subscription transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card details or bank credentials on our local servers. Stripe collects and handles payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.
Private user files are stored on secure Cloudflare R2 and Backblaze B2 clusters. Storage credentials are encrypted symmetrically in our database. We leverage TLS/SSL for all APIs and access streams to protect data in transit.
